Dip & Cheeseball Mixes (4)

FRENCH ONION DOUBLE STUFFED POTATOES

Ingredients

6 baking potatoes
½ packet French Onion Baked Dip Mix
1/2 brick (225 g) cream cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
½ cup sour cream
1 cup shredded white aged cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Scrub and pierce potatoes and rub potato skin with oil, if desired. Bake until tender, about 50-75 minutes. When cool enough to handle, cut each potato in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp and place in a bowl, leaving a thin shell of potato; set aside. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Add French Onion Baked Dip Mix, cream cheese, sour cream, seasoning and ½ cup of the shredded cheese to the potatoes in the bowl. Mix well, then place mix back into the hollowed potatoes. Top with remaining cheese and place in oven for 20 minutes.
